In line with NBS Bank’s strategic vision of giving the customer full control over their bank accounts, NBS Bank has enhanced its digital platforms and also increased the services that customers can access on each platform. These platforms, by virtue of being available on portable gadgets, like mobile phones, laptops and tablets, have transferred the bank accounts into customers hands where they transact in any way they wish, anywhere anytime.

Amongst its digital offering, the Bank has, in its bouquet, an internet banking platform called EazyOnline, a mobile banking solution called EazyMobile322, over 50 Auto Teller Machines spread across the country and EazySwipe Point of Sale Machines.

With these platforms issues of queuing or chasing bank closure times are a story of the past. Using these platforms a customer can pay water and electricity bills, buy airtime, subscribe to DSTV, GoTV, Zuku, pay taxes to MRA, pay MASM premiums and many more when it is most convenient for them.

Apart from making payments, a customer can also transfer money to other bank accounts within NBS bank or to other Banks using EazyOnline or EazyMobile. Other services include balance inquiry, viewing a mini statement, viewing a full statement and accessing agency banking services.

This initiative is part of our many strategic initiatives aimed at offering above par customer service. We are in a nonstop gear of digitizing our offering wherever possible.
